We expect that from time to time both individuals and organisations will have comments, ideas or complaints relating to the Integrating Finance and Biodiversity Programme.
Complaints procedure
If you have a comment or complaint about our services that cannot be resolved to your satisfaction with an individual please let us know by writing to the IFB Programme either electronically or by post to the address below.
Describe the complaint clearly and, if appropriate, tell us what you think we could do to sort things out.
We will send an initial acknowledgement within two working days to inform you of the anticipated time for a detailed response.
We will try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, however if you are still dissatisfied please write to the IFB Programme Leader, Dr Nick Wells.
